“Subject to Compliance with HB 1295”, the Urban County Program is requesting approval to purchase safety ends and junction boxes from L& R Precast for Hidalgo County Precinct No. 2 in the amount of $18,080.00. UCP Fiscal Year 33 (2020) Precinct No. 2 Street Improvement funds will be utilized.

BACKGROUND

Three written quotes were requested, received and reviewed.  The lowest responsible quote was received from L& R Precast.  The safety ends and junction boxes will be utilized by Precinct #2 for the Las Milpas Street Improvements Project.  Delivery is expected within 30 days of receipt of purchase order.  (Price Quotation form , Quotes and HB 1295 forms are attached for your review).
