The Urban County Program is requesting approval of a Substantial Budget & Program Amendment for the City of La Villa-UCP Funds. The proposed amendment includes activities within Fiscal Years 32, 33 & 34. (2019, 2020 & 2021) Work Plans.
BACKGROUND
A Public Hearing was held on October 25, 2021 at 6:00 P.M. at the La Villa City Hall and citizen participation requirements have been met. The City of La Villa considered and approved the cancellation of the 2021 Street Improvements Project line item and transferred available funds into a Water/Sewer Improvements line item. The amendment also included surplus funding from completed streets line items to be incorporated into the Water/Sewer Improvements line item.
