Approval of a Budget and Program Amendment for the City of San Juan, Urban County Program Year 19 (2006) to increase funding for water/sewer improvements and Year 20 (2007) to add streets to the workplan.

City of San Juan requests approval of the following Budget and Program Amendments for Year 19 (2006) and Year 20 (2007).  A Public Hearing was held and Citizen Participation requirements were met.  The City's letter of recommendation and certified minutes are attached. (see attachment)

Year 19 (2006):  The proposed budget and program amendment will increase the Water/Sewer Improvements line item (+$26,690.14) and delete the Public Facilities line item (-$26,690.14). 

Year 20 (2007):  The proposed program amendment will add to the workplan the following streets: San Juan Del Norte Subdivision: Calle de Palma, Calle Linda, Calle Amistad and Calle Anacua and Chula Vista Subdivision: Acapulco Lane, Conzumel Lane, Cancun Lane and Guayavitos Lane for reconstruction.
