“Subject to Compliance with HB 1295” the Urban County Program is requesting consideration and action to award and enter into a construction contract with Texas Pride Utilities, LLC, the lowest responsible bidder in the amount of $219,820.00 utilizing Edcouch Water & Sewer Improvements, UCP funds from Fiscal Years 32, 33 & 34 (2019, 2020 & 2021).

The bid opening was held on May 4, 2022 and the lowest responsible bidder meeting all specifications and/or requirements was Texas Pride Utilities.  Project consists of Water & Sewer Improvements for multiple locations within the city limits of Edcouch.  Please see attached letter of recommendation by the project engineer and contractor’s general liability insurance.  Project engineer firm is CSJ Group.
