CAPTION
1. Approval for Hidalgo County to enter into a Contract for donation of funds with the Hidalgo County Crime Stoppers, Inc. in order to administer a crime prevention program as provided under the provisions of Texas Local Government Code Chapter 351 Section 351.901 "Donation to Certain Crime Stoppers and Crime Prevention Organizations".
2. Approval to pay donation of funds (invoice #2) to the Hidalgo County Crime Stoppers, Inc. in the amount of $25,000.00 to administer a crime prevention program with authority for County Treasurer to issue check after review, audit, and processing procedures are completed by the County Auditor.
3. Approval of 2008 interdepartmental transfer from Countywide Administration - Contingency to Sheriff (1100) in the amount of $25,000.00 to fund the payment to the Hidalgo County Crime Stoppers, Inc.
