A. Pursuant to a directive by CC on Monday, April 7, 2008, requesting approval to submit a Letter of Authorization with authority for County Judge, Commissioner or Designee to execute and forward to Public Power Pool (P3) aggregation pool and Reliant Energy under Conference of Urban Counties to develop and quote an indicative pricing and savings analysis for Hidalgo County;

Notification to Commissioners' Court of presentations scheduled for Tuesday, April 22, 2008 by the County's current energy provider Reliant Energy (awarded vendor through the State of Texas General Land Office Power Program) and Public Power Pool (P3) aggregation pool under the Conference of Urban Counties.
