Request Approval of the following Work Authorizations (WA) for Professional Engineering services for the Remaining Preliminary Design and Final Design; and for the Bid Phase, Construction Engineering Services, and Engineering Inspection Services related to the following Hidalgo County Levee Improvement Project - Segments: 

     1.  Phase I River Levee Anzalduas Dam West (3.74 miles to Inspiration Road) and Phase II which includes two sections, (4.35 miles from Penitas to Abrams Road; which includes the concrete flood Protection structure for DHS 0-4 and the 3.91 miles, Levee only from Inspiration Road to Penitas); Supplemental Agreement Nos. 2, 3, 4 & 5 to Work Authorization No. 3. 
     2.  Phase III, Common Levee - 5.3 miles; Supplemental Agreement No. 4 to Work Authorization   No. 4.      
     3.  DHS Segment 0-5 within the Interior North Levee from Anzalduas Dam (1.76 Miles to East Side of Granjeno, TX); Supplemental Work Authorization No. 3 & 4 to Work Authorization No. 5. 
     4.  DHS Segment 0-5, for the North Levee / East Side of Granjeno from East Side of DHS Segment 0-5 (2.9 Miles East to 23rd Street) - Levee Only; Supplemental Agreement No. 4 & 5 to Work Authorization No. 6 
     5.  DHS Segment 0-7 Concrete Floodwall (0.9 Miles); Supplemental Agreement No. 3 & 4 to Work Authorization No. 7.
     6.  DHS Segment 0-8 Concrete Floodwall (3.20 Miles); Supplemental Agreement No. 3 & 4 to Work Authorization No. 8.
