Presentation for consideration, discussion, and approval to renew/extend for another year the "County Master Service Interlocal Contract" (previously approved by CC on 07/03/07) between Harris County Department of Education (HCDE) and Hidalgo County, thus allowing the County to still be a member of the Cooperative Purchasing Program and utilize the procurement resources that are compliant with bidding requirements.
