Discussion, Consideration, and Action approving the proposed total project cost (TPC), including the probable cost of construction (PCC) and associated schematic design deliverables provided by ERO Architects; as recommended by Brownstone Consultants (Project Manager) for the El Paraiso Project (Health Clinic and Community Resource Center) located within Precinct 3.
BACKGROUND
Brownstone Consultants updated the TPC using current RS Means data for materials and labor, and current market conditions affected by national and international supply chain issues related to the current COVID-19 pandemic. As a result, project costs have increased approximately 30% from the preliminary cost developed in April of 2022.
