Requesting authority for the advertisement and approval of the procurement packets for the 2023 Professional Services Pools as detailed below; including re-advertising, if applicable.

• Construction and/or Project Management Services - RFQ No. 23-0035-02-24-JAC
• Surveying Services - RFQ No. 23-0036-02-24-BCJ
• Geotechnical & Construction Materials Testing RFQ No. 23-0037-02-24-PED
• Appraisal Services and/or Appraisal Review Services - RFQ No. 23-0038-02-24-IVS

Grading/scoring, ranking, and negotiation protocol established by Hidalgo County Commissioners' Court to be followed per project by precincts, all County departments, or applicable programs or agencies requiring said services, effective March 2023 through March 2024, as detailed in each respective procurement packet.

This is a County-wide pool, and funding will need to be available and budgeted by each user departments. All pools of Professional Services will include all funding sources (i.e. R&B, CIP, CAP, General Funds, grants, etc.) from all County departments, programs, and entities.
