Presentation for consideration, discussion, acceptance, and approval of an "Amendment" to the proposed Short Term Rental Agreement as provided by Nueces Farm Center, Inc. d/b/a Nueces Power Equipment, between Hidalgo County and Nueces Power Equipment.
BACKGROUND
The proposed amendments have been reviewed and approved by legal counsel for the purpose of utilizing the short term contract for needed rentals with Nueces Power Equipment. Attached are the proposed amendments to their contract as approved by Hidalgo County's legal counsel. Proposed amendment will allow Hidalgo County to rent equipment from Nueces Power Equipment on a short term basis.
