Consideration and approval of Construction Contract Change Order for the City of La Villa Water & Sewer Improvements Project. Change Order No. 1 will increase the current construction contract with Southern Trenchless Solutions, LLC. In the amount of $68,180.00 and authorize the County Judge to sign any and all documents associated with the change order.
BACKGROUND
The increase to the construction contract price is due to the upgrade of adding an additional ten upgraded manholes in several locations in the City of La Villa. Funding for this change order increase will be from the City of La Villa CDBG 2021 Water & Sewer Improvements Funding. (Change Order No. 1 with supporting documentation is attached)
