BACKGROUND
Applicant was approved to receive assistance under the Texas Department of Housing & Community Affairs (TDHCA) Colonia Self-Help Center (CSHC) Program # 7220003 & the HOME Owner-Occupied Housing Rehabilitation Program by Hidalgo County Commissioner’s Court on April 4, 2023. Sealed bids were requested, received and opened on April 26, 2023. There was one (1) responsible bid received and reviewed. Recommendation to approve as presented.
