BACKGROUND
The Urban County Program is requesting authorization to submit the One Year Action Workplan for Years 2008-2009 to HUD.
The Annual Action Plan for Year 2008 proposes an overall budget of $11,404,786.00 for CDBG: 8,340,418.00, for HOME: $2,685.837.00, for ADDI: $6,579.00 and ESG (Emergency Shelter Grant): $371,952.00.
