Presentation for dicussion, consideration and approval to seek proposals from:
A. Job order contractors and/or construction services  awarded vendors  (through the County's membership/participation with state, cooperative purchasing programs or interlocals) or;
B.   Advertise sealed bids with local contractors; for the provision of labor and materials to include re-leveling, replacement of roof and any other accessories as may be needed for project #08-118 for WIC Clinics located in the City of McAllen and Progreso.

BACKGROUND

Due to time and wear, both clinics have damaged roofs and have severe leaks everytime it rains; however in order to repair the roof it is imperative that a complete leveling of the sturctures be done. Available funds for this project are in the amount of $20,869.00 under Acct. #8-1292-441-00-350-001-8-431
