A. Requesting exemption from competitive bidding requirements pursuant to Texas Local Government Code 262.024 (a)(7 (A) for an item that can only be obtained from only one source because of the existence of a patent.
B. Acceptance and approval of the Sole Source Declaration for Service Wing Organic Solutions, LLC for the purchase of a SWA-600 Anolyte Generator to include but not limited to all components, installation, delivery, training, and an annual maintenance agreement for the purpose of disinfection of the Detention Center, with authority for the County Judge and/or County Sheriff to sign all required documentation.
