1. Requesting authorization to extend the current Homeless Emergency Solutions Grant Program Corona Virus (ESG-CV) subrecipient Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) agreement between Hidalgo County Community Service Agency (CSA) and Hidalgo County Urban County Program (UCP).

BACKGROUND
The Hidalgo County Urban County Program is requesting authorization to extend the current subrecipient Memorandum of Understanding agreement with Hidalgo County Community Service Agency (CSA). This extension will allow an additional three (3) months until December 31, 2023 to expend all available funds and close out the grant year. This extension will not change the scope of work.
