1. Requesting exemption from competitive bidding requirements under the Texas Local Government Code 262.024 (a)(4) for professional engineering services in connection with Hidalgo County Urban County Program from Program Year 20 (2007) for a Sewer Improvements Project in the City of Alamo.
2. Presentation of the scoring grid (of at least three (3) engineering firms from the County's approved "pool" as graded and evaluated by the city of Alamo) for the purposes of ranking by CC in connection with an Urban County Program Sewer Improvements Project in the City of Alamo.
3. Authority to negotiate a professional engineering service contract with the No. 1 ranked firm of ________________________________ for the provision of engineering services for a City of Alamo Sewer Improvements Project.

BACKGROUND
The City of Alamo has graded three engineering firms from the County's approved "pool". Quintanilla, Headley & Associates, Inc., R. Gutierrez Engineering Corporation, and KK Engineering consultants were rated for the 2007 Sewer Improvements Project to include the sanitary sewer lines at Lopez Subdivision.
