1. Requesting exemption from competitive bidding requirements under the Texas Local Government Code 262.024 (a)(4) for professional testing services in connection with Hidalgo County Urban County Program from Program Year 19 (2006) for a Sewer Improvements Project in the City of Weslaco.

2. Presentation of the scoring grid (of at least three (3) testing firms from the County's approved "pool" as graded and evaluated by the city of Weslaco) for the purposes of ranking by CC in connection with an Urban County Program Sewer Improvements Project in the City of Weslaco.

3. Authority to negotiate a professional engineering service contract with the No. 1 ranked firm of ________________________________ for the provision of engineering services for a City of Weslaco Sewer Improvements Project.
