BACKGROUND
The FY24 Title IV-E annual budgets were approved by Commissioners Court on August 8, 2023. A new County Auditor has been appointed; therefore, an updated Signature Authority Designation form (Form 2031) must be submitted to the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services. Form 2031 will include the new County Auditor, the First Assistant, and the Director of Accounting as authorized signatory.
