A. Requesting exemption from competitive bidding requirements under Texas Local Government Code 262.024(a)(4): a personal or professional service;
B. Discussion, consideration, and possible action to approve the scoring grid (as attached herein), for the purpose of ranking by HCCC, of firms evaluated for demonstrated competence (in accordance with Government Code Chapter 2254) from the County's Pools of pre-qualified Professional Services, for a Professional Architectural Service Agreement for the Hidalgo County “Remote Operations Center” Project.
C. Requesting authority for HC Purchasing Department to negotiate a Professional Architectural Service Agreement commencing with the No.1 ranked firm ________________________ to provide Architectural services for the Hidalgo County “Remote Operations Center” Project.
