Presentation for discussion, consideration, acceptance  and approval (award) of proposal (s) received from Clean Air Solutions (awarded vendor for construction services through our membership/participation with Texas Interlocal Purchasing System (TIPS) for the provision of labor, materials and related accessories, to include but not limited to additional unforeseen asbestos abatement & remediation to A/C duct work, hallways and other affected areas on first and/or second floors of Courthouse due to water damage (sustained during the water line ruptures of 3/14-15/08) with the following proposed amounts for the various tasks to complete the on-going project to dry-out, abate/remediate and build back as approved by Commissioners Court on 04/22/08.
