Action taken by and through the HCDD1 Board of Directors authorizing a Novation Agreement through Agenda Item # 92181 (8/22/23). Subject to final legal review.
2. Pursuant to the Board's Approval of the Professional Engineering Services Agreement with R.R.P. Consulting Engineers, LLC, requesting approval of Work Authorization No. 1 in the amount of $139,583.00, to provide Professional Engineering Services for “Raymondville Drain Outfall System”, subject to final legal review (Contract # C-HCDD1-24-012-02-20).
3. Requesting approval of Work Authorization No. 2 in the amount of $1,721,005.26, to provide ASA Feasibility Study for “Raymondville Drain Outfall System”, subject to final legal review.
