Consider approval of the Resolution to amend the Hidalgo County Affiliated Departments Retirement Plan Adoption Agreement and related documents, as required by the IRS with authority for County Judge and affiliated department's trustees to execute said documents.
BACKGROUND
The resolution is to amend the Hidalgo County Affiliated Departments Retirement Plan, and remove Mr.Steven De La Garza as a trustee and appoint Ms.Marissa Garza as new trustee. The Affiliated Departments include Community Service Agency, Hidalgo County Head Start, and Urban County Program.
