CAPTION
Requesting authorization to amend the FY 2022 Emergency Solutions Grant Program (ESG) Subrecipient Agreements with Catholic Charities of the Rio Grande Valley and Women Together Foundation Inc.
BACKGROUND
Due to an influx of COVID-19 related funding, Catholic Charities received a significant amount of Emergency Solutions Grant-Cares Act (ESG-CV) and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) funding. Consequently, Catholic Charities was not able to expend all their ESG funding. As a result, Urban County Program is requesting authorization to amend the Subrecipient Agreements with Catholic Charities of the Rio Grande Valley and Women Together Foundation Inc. The amendment will not change the scope of work. It will decrease the funding amount by $46,773.57 for Catholic Charities and increase the funding by the same amount for Women Together Foundation Inc. Catholic Charities was unable to expend their full allocation. Women Together Foundation Inc. is accepting the additional funding for eligible expenses incurred within the existing contract dates. A request for reimbursement will be submitted for expenses incurred during the period of June 1, 2023, to August 23, 2024, to exhaust available funds.
