Presentation discussion, consideration and approval to award the bid to the lowest responsible bidder meeting all specifications and/or requirements for the "Leveling of Structures and Roof Repairs to McAllen and Progreso WIC Clinic Buildings"-project #2008-118-05-28-OGG.

BACKGROUND

Adelco Enterprises was the lowest bidder with an amount of $24,375.00. Proposed project is to include leveling and roof repairs but not limited to any other accessories as identified and made part of on Addendum #1 at walk thru held on May 18, 2008 for proposed project as approved by Texas Department of State Health Services.

Attached is a copy of Addendum #1 identifying additional items to be included for proposed project. Funding for proposed project has been reviewed by our PO administrator and confirmed to be available for funding under acct #8-1292-441-00-350-001-8-431.
