Discussion, consideration, and possible action on Order designating approximately 94.98 acres of real property located entirely in Hidalgo County, Texas, as a Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone; describing the boundaries of the Zone; creating Board of Directors for the Zone; appointing Hidalgo County TIRZ Board Representative; providing an effective date and termination date for the Zone; establishing a Tax Increment Fund for the Zone; and makes such other finding and provisions related thereto in accordance with Chapter 311, Texas Tax Code.
