BACKGROUND
TTBH-MHOP FY23 (grant term 9/1/2023-8/31/2024) experienced the payout of accumulated Annual Leave, Holiday Leave, and Compensatory Leave hours of a former employee in PP02 (2024); the amount of Annual Leave hours paid out was greater than the maximum carry-over allowed in accordance of tenure of the former employee, thereby requesting to reclassify to the Constable Pct.1 General Fund the difference between the Annual Leave hours paid, and the appropriate amount of Annual Leave hours that properly correspond when the former employee left their position.
