Discussion, consideration and action requesting to award and enter into a construction contract with Elite Grading & Paving LLC, the lowest responsible bidder in the amount of $660,076.55 utilizing UCP funds from Fiscal Year 33-37 (2020-2024) Progreso Street Improvements Funds, all subject to Compliance with HB 1295

The bid opening was held on November 21, 2024 and the lowest responsible bidder meeting all specifications and/or requirements was Elite Grading & Paving LLC. Project consists of the reconstruction of multiple streets within Alyssa Subdivision to include adjacent/abutting streets within the same general vicinity.  Attached is the letter of recommendation by Javier Hinojosa Engineering, and contractor’s general liability insurance.
