3. Authority to negotiate a professional engineering service contract with the No. 1 ranked firm of                                                                                   for the provision of Construction Materials Geo-technical Testing Service for an Urban County Program Years 2023 & 2024 Progreso Street Improvements project (Alyssa Subdivision).

Project consists of the continuation of funding for the reconstruction of multiple streets within Alyssa Subdivision to include adjacent/abutting streets within the same general vicinity. Other expenditures will include professional engineering services, surveying, geotechnical and construction material testing fees and related appurtenances.    Location:  Alyssa Subdivision (All streets) in Progreso, Texas.
