AI#48701 under TxLGC, Ch/Sect. 381.004(b)(6) & (c)(1); requesting exemption from competitive procurement requirements under TxLGC, Ch/Sect. 262.024(a)(10), 'work performed under a contract for community and economic development made by a county';
3. Acceptance and approval of an Agreement between Hidalgo County and McAllen Chamber of Commerce for the administration of the "Jumpstart" Initiative for the Hidalgo County Literacy Program.
