BACKGROUND
Hidalgo County Precinct No. 1 is requesting approval of the Budget / Program Amendment for Program Year 20 (2007) to provide funding under CI Infrastructure Development. A public hearing was held on July 1, 2008 at 9:30 am. and citizen participation requirements have been met. See attached detailed amendment.
