Presentation for discussion, consideration, and acceptance of an "Interlocal Agreement" between Hidalgo County Precinct No. 4 and Hidalgo County Drainage District No.1 for the provision of "Pit Run Caliche".
BACKGROUND
Hidalgo County Drainage District No.1 desires to receive certain amounts of "Pit Run Caliche" from HidalgoCounty Precinct No.4, for use on public projects. Hidalgo County Precinct No. 4 desires to assist Hidalgo County Drainage District No.1 by making the "Pit Run Caliche" available to Hidalgo County Drainage District No. 1, which in turn will reimburse Hidalgo County Precinct No. 4 for all costs associated with the "Pit Run Caliche".
County shall provide pit run caliche on an as-needed basis.
