Requesting consideration and action to award and enter into a construction contract with Southern Trenchless Solutions, LLC., the lowest responsible bidder in the amount of $308,240.00 utilizing UCP funds from Fiscal Years 35-37 (2022-2024) Weslaco Water/Sewer Improvement Funds.
BACKGROUND
The bid opening was held on April 30, 2025 and the lowest responsible bidder meeting all specifications and/or requirements was Southern Trenchless Solutions, LLC. Project consists of water/sewer improvements. Attached is letter of recommendation by the project engineer CRUZ-HOGAN Consultants, Inc. and contractor’s general liability insurance.
