“Subject to Compliance with HB 1295” the Urban County Program is requesting approval of Supplemental Agreement No.1 to the Professional Engineering Services Agreement with R. Gutierrez Engineering Corporation. The original contract amount was $99,000.00 and will be increased by $66,000.00, for a total contract amount of $165,000.00 utilizing HOME FY 2022 funds, and also requesting approval of Work Authorization No. 2 for additional engineering services. (pending legal approval)

R. Gutierrez Engineering Corporation submitted the supplemental agreement no. #1 to amend their Professional Engineering Service agreement for the 2022-24 HOME Rehabilitation Project.  The amendment will allow for additional surveying services required for ten (10) additional family properties to complete all services as outlined in Exhibit “D-1” – Fee Schedule to be provided by Engineer.  (Attached for review is the Supplemental Professional Services Agreement, Exhibits and Work Authorization No.2 as reviewed by District Attorney’s office, Certificate of Insurance and HB 1295 Forms.
