a. Acceptance and approval of the (final form of agreement-approved by legal) AIA Forms of Agreement between Hidalgo County and DANNENBAUM ENGINEERING COMPANY (approved by CC under AI#29030/10-11/11)in connection with the provision of architectural services for: "Building Repairs/Renovations, Additions and/or Alterations to the HIDALGO COUNTY RESTITUTION CENTER located at 1124 "M" Road Project located in Precinct No. 4” in connection to contract #C-11-097-05-10;

b.  Requesting authorization/approval to solicit/request proposals from awarded Job Order Contractors (through County's membership and participation in various cooperative purchasing programs/association, etc.) for "Building Repairs/Renovations, Additions and/or Alterations to the HIDALGO COUNTY RESTITUTION CENTER located at 1124 "M" Road, Edinburg, Texas within Hidalgo County Precinct No. 4” Project #12-078-OGG  from:
 
1. Herrera & Hunt, Inc., Alpha Building Corporation and CAS Companies  so as to determine the best value under TX . Local Government Code 271.113; OR, in the alternative;

2. Request authority to proceed with sealed procurement process through conventional construction method and approval to advertise same with plans and specifications drafted through contracted engineer, DANNENBAUM ENGINEERING COMPANY for both JOC proposal and sealed bid advertisement (whichever applicable).
