Javier Hinojosa Engineering has submitted a best and final offer for the required professional engineering services for the flood drainage improvements on Ignite Street in Penitas, Texas. Javier Hinojosa Engineering was the highest ranked firm by Commissioners' Court on December 20th 2011. Contract approval in the amount of $21,917.70 is being requested for engineering and surveying.
