The Urban County Program on behalf of the City of Progreso is requesting approval and award of best and final negotiated contract with Raba Kistner Consultants, Inc. in the amount of $8,650.00 utilizing CDBG Year 23 & 24 (2010 & 2011) for the City of Progreso – Street Improvements.

Raba Kistner Consultants submitted a best and final offer for material testing services for the Street Improvements project in the City of Progreso. Raba Kistner Consultants, Inc. was the highest ranked firm by County Commissioner’s Court. Contract approval in the amount of $8,650.00.
