Acceptance and approval of request by Precinct One for Supplemental No. 2-Work Authorization #1 as submitted by TEDSI Infrastructure Group, Inc. through Contract #C-08-227-02-09 for the acceptance of revised "Attachment C" for Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to Work Authorization No. 1 (approved by CC 05/22/12) to reflect the "Notice To Proceed"  based on the issuance of the revised purchase order effective August 29, 2012. 

The revised "Work Schedule" is attached hereto as Attachment "C".  There was delay in obtaining required signatures once Supplemental No. 1 was approved which would now affect the date to be stipulated on the required Notice To Proceed of this supplemental.   Including obtaining the revised purchase order originally assigned to this project. In accordance with AFA between Co. & TXDOT, Co. is responsible to pay 20% and TXDOT is responsible in paying 80% of total cost of project thus prompting the existing purchase order to be revised because of the amount stated on Supplemental No. 1.
