BACKGROUND
The applicants were approved to receive assistance under the Owner-Occupied Housing Rehabilitation Program by the County Commissioners’ Court on June 26, 2012, April 24, 2012 and August 14, 2012. Bids were received and opened at the Hidalgo County Purchasing Department on Wednesday, September 19, 2012.
