Urban County Program, on behalf of the City of Sullivan City, is requesting consideration and action to award and enter into a construction contract with 2GS, LLC. for the 2004/05/12 Street Improvements project in the amount of $271,796.25, utilizing funds from UCP Year 17, 18, & 25 (2004, 2005, & 2012), Urban County Sullivan City Street Improvements line item.

The bid opening was held November 21, 2012 and the lowest bidder meeting all specifications and/or requirements was 2GS, LLC. The project involves street improvements on Valle and Maro Street in Sullivan City, Texas. Please see attached recommendation by the project engineer, city’s letter of recommendation, and contractor’s general liability insurance. Project’s engineering firm is Javier Hinojosa Engineering.
