Discussion, consideration and Approval of Memorandum of Understanding between the Texas Forest Service, Regional Incident Management Team Member and the County of Hidalgo, with the authority for the County Judge to execute documents for the following County employees:

Juan Martinez-Fire Marshal’s Office
Carlos Moreno-Right of Way
Karina Cardoza-Public Affairs Division
Michelle Villareal-Public Affairs Division
Horaldo Sanchez-PCT 3 Constable’s Office
Eddie Olivarez-Health and Human Services
Lorenzo Ortiz-Safety Division
Armando Guzman-Safety Division
Rolando Casas-Fire Marshal’s Office

Texas Forest Service will reimburse the County of Hidalgo for all wages, backfilling, travel expenses, personal costs, materials, equipment and supplies associated with the Member’s participation in a deployment.

RIMT teams will form Task Forces that will be deployed to disaster stricken areas as requested.
