Hidalgo County Precinct No. 3 requests approval from Hidalgo County Commissioner’s Court to enter into an Interlocal Agreement with Hidalgo County Irrigation District No. 6 in the amount of $46,305.00.
BACKGROUND
This Interlocal Agreement will ensure the Urban County Program pays Hidalgo County Irrigation District No. 6 for the purchase and installation of 21 crossings on Mile 2 (from 492 to La Homa) in Precinct No.3 using CDBG funds. Please see the attached letter from project engineer and estimation of services.
