Request approval to increase the 2011 HOME Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO) Contract between the Urban County Program and Proyecto Azteca
BACKGROUND
The Urban County Program HOME allocation for FY 2011 is $2,621,620. A total of $1,400,000 was set-aside in order to award funds through a request for proposals process, to local Community Housing Development Organizations (CHDO). One of the CHDO projects set to be awarded with FY 2011 funds did not move forward due to unforeseen circumstances. In order to ensure the balance of these funds is utilized in a timely manner, the UCP requests approval to reallocate $110,000 to the Proyecto Azteca FY 2011 CHDO contract, as supplemental funding.
