BACKGROUND

Mata-Garcia Architects, LLP submitted a best and final offer for professional architectural services for parks recreational facility improvements project for Sunflower Park within the Precinct No. 4 boundaries. Mata-Garcia Architects, LLP. was the highest ranked firm by County Commissioner's Court. See attached scope of services and Best and Final Offer Letter.
