Urban County Program is requesting approval of a best and final negotiated contract for Professional Appraisal Services with Leonel Garza Jr. and Associates in the amount of $2,000.00 each for an estimated total of 50 parcels utilizing Texas General Land Office (GLO) Round 2.1 funds for the Delta Area Connector/ East Lateral Project in Precinct No.1.

Leonel Garza Jr. and Associates was the highest ranked firm by Commissioner’s Court on
April 2, 2013. Contract approval in the amount of $2,000.00 each for an estimated total of 50 parcels is being requested for Professional Appraisal Services and legal counsel has approved the form contract as of 04/19/2013. Please note that the number of parcels within this project may and are contingent upon any further changes related to the acquisition associated with this project. See attached contract, letter of best and final offer, scope of services, and certificate of liability insurance.
