Urban County Program is requesting approval of a best and final negotiated contract for the Professional Review Appraisal Services with HLH Appraisal Services in the amount of $450.00 each for an estimated total of 50 parcels utilizing Texas General Land Office (GLO) Round 2.1 funds for the Delta Area Connector/ East Lateral Project in Precinct No.1.
BACKGROUND
HLH Appraisal Services was the highest ranked firm by Commissioner’s Court on April 2, 2013. Contract approval in the amount of $450.00 for an estimated total of 50 parcels is being requested for Professional Review Appraisal Services and legal counsel has approved the form contract as of 04/22/2013. Please note that the number of parcels within this project may vary and are contingent upon any future changes related to the acquisition associated with this project. See attached contract, letter of best and final offer, scope of services, and certificate of liability insurance.
