Approval of a Resolution authorizing the County of Hidalgo County Urban County Program to submit its 2013-2014 Annual Action Plan (Year 26) to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
BACKGROUND
The UCP is requesting authorization to submit the Annual Action Plan for the 2013 to 2014 to HUD. Every year the Urban County Program is required by HUD rules and regulations to submit its annual action plan.
