Garcia, Hidalgo County Treasurer for the previously approved Depository Bank and/or Lockbox Agreement(s)-(through HCCC action of 04-30-13) including, but not limited to action to accept and/or reject all or only some of the recommendations for inclusion in the as yet not executed Depository and/or Lockbox Agreement(s);
