Acceptance and approval for the continuation of the IBM 12 Analyst's User Annual Subscription and Support services agreement as reviewed and approved by legal which has upgraded to the Legacy 12 Acquisition Trade for Hidalgo County Sheriff's Office with International Business Machines Corporation, aka, IBM through the life term of the equipment/software/hardware/maintenance/support services in place; and,
2. Approval to pay the Subscription and Support Services fees in the amount of $2,292.18 through assigned requisition #240805 including the signing of required documents by County Judge, Court Member.

BACKGROUND
Said subscription and support services to be effective October 1, 2013-September 30, 2014 and thereafter annually.
Note: The subscription and support services allows the gathering of crucial information on hot crimes, where they are occurring, where they are most likely to occur thus plotting this information on charts that are provided to the Sheriff which in turn are provided to its command staff which coordinate to Patrol or Tactical Units.
